Structure

Based on SKMS, the managerial philosophy and rule of behaviors of SK, it consists of Code of Ethics, Practice Guidelines for Code of Ethics and FAQ.

SKMS
(SK Management System)

It is the highest value system of SK and the basis of Code of Ethics.

The managerial philosophy of SKMS consists of set of values, pursued values and managerial principles.

Code of Ethics

Practice Guidelines for Code of Ethics

It is the specific expressions about putting the managerial philosophy of SKMS into practice and defines responsibilities of its members against the stakeholders.

It is the detailed behavioral guidelines for Code of Ethics and suggests the judgmental standard for ethical decision making and actions.

FAQ

It is the set of questions and answers to help understand and decide about possible situations which the executives and staff members face during the performances of their duties.

Code of Ethics

Based on SKMS as our corporate management, SK global chemical creates values for various stakeholders, such as customers, employees, shareholders and business partners, plays a pivotal role and, therefore, contributes to the happiness of mankind. For these, we enact our Code of Ethics and observe it as our standard of judgment for every business decision making and behaviors.

Basic ethics of our members

We make a distinct division between official and private when we perform our tasks in a fair and transparent manner. We respect our own colleagues each other and create a corporate culture where we work in a voluntary and enthusiastic manner.

We persistently strive to provide our customers with the products and services they need. We respect various voices of our customers and actively reflect them to our management. We safely protect the properties and information of our customers complying with relevant regulations and company rules.

We perform an efficient management through constant innovations to maximize our corporate values and share the result with our shareholders. We practice transparent management around our Board of Directors and respect the legitimate requests and offers from our shareholders. We prepare the managerial materials and references complying with all the relevant regulations and standards and publish them in good faith according to the rules to protect the shareholders' interests.

Relationships with our business partners

We provide our business partners with fair trade opportunities and do not treat them with wrongful conducts abusing our superiority, in order to seek mutual interests and growth. We compete with our rival companies in good faith with the spirit of mutual respect.

We contribute to the social evolution through the pursuit of zero hazard and eco-friendly management. 2. In order for our members to understand and practice Code of Ethics, Practice Guidelines for Code of Ethics is operated.
