Aromatic products are mainly used as raw materials for synthetic fibers (nylon, polyester) and
synthetic resins (PS, ABS, PET, etc.), and some are used as raw materials for some solvent products as well.

Benzene Co-produced with basic chemicals such as ethylene
in a naphtha cracking facility or extracted together with
toluene and xylene from naphtha reformate.
Should be handled with care as it is inflammable and toxic.
Raw material for styrene monomer, caprolactam, medicine, pesticides, etc.
TOLUENE Colorless and inflammable liquid with odor.
It is harmful to humans when its vapor is inhaled.
It is produced from naphtha cracking facilities or naphtha reformate
Raw material for paint solvents, adhesives, TDI, TND, etc.
PX
(PARA XYLENE)
Produced by adsorption and separation of OX,
mixed xylene distillate.
Used to produce PTA,
a raw material of polyester
OX
(ORTHO XYLENE)
Colorless liquid and accounts for about 20% of mixed xylene.
Produced by distilling mixed xylene.
Raw material for PA
(Phthalic Anhydride)
SM
(STYRENE MONOMER)
A colorless aromatic liquid and should be handled with caution
as it can be easily polymerized if heated or exposed to light.
Produced by oxidation or dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene.
Raw material for polystyrene,
ABS, SBR, etc.
